LondonThis company is dreadful. I ordered 500 cards from them, they sent less than half later than agreed. ALL PRINTED DIFFERENT DESIGN TO MINE. They acknowledged their mistake, but refused to refund my money. I'm trying to get through a manager for a week now, but the customer service is stonewalling me. They are lying on the phone and even in person. Every time I call them in the morning or afternoon they are telling me that the manager is out or not available. Every time I call them late afternoon or early evening, they tell me that the manager left for the day... After a week of continuous calling, now they just hung up on me every time I try to call them. In their terms they state that 'they can't be held liable' for any kind of mistakes, not even breach of contract or negligence. Disgusting people, avoid them at all cost. I'm still trying to get my money back because this is unacceptable.
